Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Involving in admin documentations
- Prepare/key-in/bookeeping invoice, quotation & etc
- Prepare materials for advertising requirements
- Maintain and contact with the customers at every stage of advertising or marketing campaign
Requirements :
- SPM graduate or higher
- Minimum 2 years working experience in office admin (Fresh graduate and Internships are welcome)
- Basic accounting knowledge required
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Value added skill(s): Autocount Accounting Software
- Egoless & problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform and be productive even under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent and motivational communication skills
