RE: TERMINATION OF ASSOCIATION WITH “MR YAP CHEE WEI, JACKIE” OR “VISTA DESIGN & BUILD”
To whom it may concern,
This letter is to formally clarify that Mr. Yap Chee Wei, Jackie or Vista Design & Build is no longer associate with Archicraft Design Sdn. Bhd. effectively from 21st August 2022.
From the effective date onwards, Archicraft Design Sdn. Bhd. will cease all shared operations with Mr. Yap Chee Wei, Jackie or Vista Design & Build, except for any outstanding orders or processes. For those novated contracts, all works & liabilities shall be liable by Mr. Yap Chee Wei, Jackie or Vista Design & Build whichever stated in Novation Agreement being signed by all parties.
We are ending this association because of the works produced by him or his company failed to pass the Quality Checks.
