Job Description

Responsibilities :

• 3D works - responsible for conceptualizing including mood board & material proposal, space planning, color coordination, 3D perspective visual, rendering etc.
• 2D works - responsible for full set construction drawing including layout plans, elevation, section, M&E etc.
• Complete work assignment within stipulated time.
• Site visits to collect information, take measurement and meeting clients when required.
• Work with Project Manager in developing project plan, meet budget and schedule.
• Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.
• Coordination to resolve problem in design, fabrication and site installation.
• Assist in calculating specification and quantity for quotation preparation.
• Stay abreast with latest developments in design technologies and techniques.
• Any other duties assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Interior Design field (Internships are welcome).
• At least Diploma in Interior Architecture / Interior Design.
• Required languages : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
• In-depth knowledge of Residential Interior Design, AutoCAD, 3D Max or SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray (Other design software knowledges are merit point)
• Adequate knowledge of building trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general construction.
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
• Egoless & problem solving attitude.
